Privacy Policy

The short version

Cutloom runs on your computer. We do not receive your scripts, videos, images or API keys.

What stays on your PC

Your API keys, scripts, voiceovers and finished videos are stored in the Cutloom folder on your computer.

What is sent to other services

• AI services you choose (OpenAI or Anthropic): your topic, notes and script text are sent to write scripts and voiceovers, using your own key. Their privacy policies apply.
• Pexels: the footage keywords you enter are sent to search for clips.
• Lemon Squeezy: when you activate a Pro key, your licence key and your computer's name are sent to check the key and count activations. Later checks send the key again.

Purchases

Payments are handled by Lemon Squeezy as merchant of record. They collect payment and contact details under their own privacy policy. We receive your name, email and order details so we can support you.
