14-day refunds

If Cutloom Pro is not right for you, email cutloom@hotmail.com within 14 days of purchase with your order number and we will refund you. There are no forms to fill in.

How it works

• Refunds go back to your original payment method through Lemon Squeezy and may take a few days to appear.
• After a refund, your licence key is deactivated.
• The free version costs nothing, so there is nothing to refund.

Problems first

If something is not working, email us before requesting a refund. We are happy to help fix it.
