Terms of Service

1. Who we are

Cutloom is software sold by James Igbokwe, Nigeria ("we"). Contact: cutloom@hotmail.com. Purchases are processed by Lemon Squeezy, our merchant of record.

2. Your licence

When you download Cutloom you may use it on your own computers. A Pro licence key unlocks Pro features on up to the number of PCs stated at purchase. You may use the videos you make for personal or commercial purposes. You may not resell, share or redistribute the software or your licence key.

3. Third-party services

Cutloom uses services you sign up for yourself, such as OpenAI, Anthropic and Pexels, with your own keys. Their terms, prices and availability are theirs, not ours. Stock footage is subject to the Pexels licence.

4. Your content

You are responsible for the videos you create and post, for checking that AI-written scripts are accurate, for labelling AI-generated content where platforms require it, and for following each platform's rules.

5. No warranty

The software is provided "as is", without warranties of any kind. We do not promise that it is error-free, that it will suit your needs, or that your videos will earn views or income.

6. Liability

To the extent the law allows, our total liability for any claim is limited to the price you paid for Cutloom.

8. Changes and law

We may update these terms and will change the date above. These terms are governed by the laws of Nigeria.
